About Warwick Farm Brewing:

A brew farm built on family and friendship
Warwick Farm Brewing owners Scott Seiz and Tom Taber are lifelong friends. While Scott and his son Ryan shared a love of home brewing, Tom and his son Tim were committed to preserving Bucks County’s signature farmland. The friends combined their respective interests to form a singular vision. (Owner Tom Taber pictured left)

Warwick Farm Brewing was envisioned as an idyllic destination who shared the owners’ passions for craft beer and beautiful natural surroundings. (Owner Scott Seiz pictured right)

The Farm
Warwick Farm Brewery is a 22-acre estate that sits at the highest point in Jamison, PA, overlooking one of the oldest golf courses in the area. Here we grow our own hops and ingredients, which our head brewer Ryan Seiz uses to create multiple styles of artisanal beer. From hazy hop-forward IPAs to farmhouse ales, English stouts to Belgian styles, our eclectic range of brews are made to satisfy the exacting standards of hardcore enthusiasts and please the palettes of casual drinkers as well.

After purchasing the farm, Scott and Tom added a 7 bbl brewing system and fifteen fermenters the existing 1,200 square foot space, which was already equipped with proper refrigeration. They then built the 5,000-square-foot taproom for friends and family to gather to enjoy delicious beer.
Tom, a proud resident of Warwick Township for 30 years, has been leading the renovation and restoration of the farmstead, along with the preservation of the 1921 Victorian-style farmhouse where Tim’s family resides.

Farming
We create our beers with locally grown and locally sourced ingredients. Each season, we grow at least four varieties of hops (cascade, chinook, centennial, and comet). The spent grains from the brewing process are donated to local farms for feed or turned into compost to enrich the soil.
Future plans include the creation of a small fruit tree orchard, berry patches, herb gardens, and space for honey production. We are also about to begin construction on a sour cellar, designed to be the ultimate space for fostering our fruit-based brews.

Sappy (but true) conclusion
They say that if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life. That has proven true for the Seiz and Taber families. At Warwick Farm Brewery, you will find Scott, Ryan, Tom, Tim, and their broader family and friends at work with smiles on their faces, enjoying the hell out of their creation. And they look forward to enjoying it with you when you get here. See you soon.

Founded in Pennsylvania in 1997 by brothers John and Chris Trogner, Tröegs is driven by a sense of adventure and curiosity.

You might know our Perpetual IPA, the best-selling IPA in Pennsylvania. Or the dark, malty and crisp Tröegenator. Maybe you’ve tried one of the hundreds of experimental Scratch Series beers we’ve brewed. Or taken the “Best Brewery Tour in America” here at our Hershey home.

Family-owned. Independently crafted.
In the past 25 years, Tröegs has grown from two brothers to 250 people, but we’re still very much a family business. Because we stay true to our core values of independence and family ownership, we’ve kept the small-brewery DNA we all hold dear.

Perpetual exploration
Our small-batch Scratch Series and 3-barrel Scratch Lab are where we do the work needed to understand the “why” at the intersection of ingredients, technique and flavor.

Local ingredients
We live and brew in fertile central PA, and we’re proud to support our local farmers. Every year, we buy more than 225,000 pounds of local grain, honey and fruit to use in our beer.

Community
From bike rides that fund local trails to new beers that help preserve critical forests, our partnerships improve the places where we live, work and play.
