Chuckanut Celebrations in Tacoma and Lynnwood June 25 and 26

Chuckanut Brewery has lots to celebrate in both Tacoma and Lynnwood June 25 and 26. The first celebration takes place at the legendary Parkway Tavern in Tacoma. This celebration will mark the permanent spot for the Chuckanut Pilsner tap in the Parkway’s amazing tap line up. This is a huge accomplishment and of course the celebration will include multiple Chuckanut taps the evening of June 25 from 5-8 pm. The second celebration will take place the following evening at the popular Special Brews Bottleshop and Tavern in Lynnwood. This is a celebration of the collaboration New Zealand Style Pilsner brewed at Chuckanut with Special Brews. Part of the celebration will include cans and drafts of several Chuckanut beers. Save June 26 from 5-8 to attend the festivities and get taste a pint of this great New Zealand Style Pilsner.
 
Chuckanut Brewery’s Pilsner is a classical Bohemian Style Pilsner using Saaz hops and pilsner malts. It has been the recipient of multiple GABF awards and a Gold World Beer Cup medal not to mention awards from other festivals around the Northwest. The New Zealand Style Pilsner is a compelling hybrid of German malt with New Zealand grown hops. Nelson Sauvin & Motueka hops offer groovy white grape and fresh Gooseberry notes, making this Pilsner a hoppy ride to satisfy your thirst! Both Pilsners are available in cans and on draft at select accounts in the NW. Pilsners with their fresh vibrant flavors pair wonderfully with seafood, salads, or grilled chicken.
