Maloney was killed in a shootout in April 2012, just days before he was set to retire.
The Beara Irish Brewing Co. said a portion of its proceeds from sales of "Maloney 260 Ale" will be donated to the Chief Michael Maloney Memorial Fund.
The beer will be available on tap at the Beara Irish Brewing Co. starting July 10
