This morning we get to see a new can coming to the Factory 5 Laboratory from Bear Republic Brewing in Cloverdale, CA. This is Mango Lassi and it will be brewed with experimental hop HBC472 as well as Citra and Ella hops. This IPA is brewed with mango and lactose and it is kettle soured for a bit of tartness. Look for Mango Lassi to hit 6.7%-AbV and you’re looking at the 16oz can. Stay tuned for full release info.
