Ballast Point Files S-1 Form – Possibly Going Public In Nov

Ballast Point sent a letter to distributors this morning outlining their plans to file an S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This is the first step in going public and we could potentially see the IPO ($173-Million) as early as Nov, but stay tuned on that one. They are reportedly interested in the Stock Market Symbol $PINT.
