Seems like a trend developing as Ballast Point Brewing shows off the label for their Fathom IPL (IPA Style Lager).  This beer starts as a “San Diego IPA” but uses cold-fermenting Lager yeast to finish the beer.  Look for Fathom IPL to be packaged in 22oz bottles and come in at 7% ABV.
