Backyard Ale House Dogfish Head Tasting & 120-Min Tapping 3/6

Our weekly Tuesday 5 for $5 tasting is going to Dogs….. and the Fish.

The Tuesday, March 6th Tasting will be a selection of all Dogfish Head’s tasty and unique beers!

Many regular Tuesday night tasters have asked for a encore tasting from last year. If you are unfamiliar to our weekly Tuesday night tastings, here is how it works.

Every Tuesday we offer a sample of 5 Beers from 5 Breweries for $5. Its a fantastic way to taste and talk about new beers!
The 5 Dogfish Head brews will be:

Chicory Stout – a brew with a touch of roasted chicory & organic Mexican coffee.
Namaste – a brew with coriander, orange, & lemongrass
Sah’ Tea – a brew with black chai tea & juniper berries
Indian Brown – a brew with caramelized sugar & hopped liberally and often.
Tweason’ Ale – a gluten-free sorghum-based ale brewed with strawberries & buckwheat honey.

Thirsty yet? If not, we have a special treat that keeps with the Dogfish Head theme.  We are tapping our batch of 120 Minute IPA!
Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA:
120 IBU
ABV varies from 15-20%
"Too extreme to be called beer? 120 Minute IPA is brewed to a colossal 45-degree plato, boiled for a full two hours while being continuously hopped with high-alpha American hops, then dry-hopped daily in the fermenter for a month and aged for another month on whole-leaf hops!" (Dogfish Had Brewery)

**120 Minute is not part of the 5 for $5 tasting & will be offered in a chalice and limited to 1 per person.**
