The brewer is deepening its commitment to Texas and loyal sports fans with an enhanced sponsorship, adding NÜTRL Vodka Seltzer as a Proud Sponsor of Texas Athletics

AUSTIN, Texas – November 20, 2025 — Anheuser-Busch (NYSE: BUD), a leading American manufacturer and maker of Michelob ULTRA, Busch Light, Budweiser, Bud Light, Stella Artois and Cutwater Spirits, today announced an expansion of its sponsorship of The University of Texas at Austin Athletics, adding NÜTRL as its Proud Vodka Seltzer Sponsor.

This enhancement comes as part of an early extension of Anheuser-Busch’s comprehensive sponsorship of the Texas Longhorns, which is now in place through 2032.

Kerry Scalora, Head of US Sports Marketing at Anheuser-Busch, said: “Our expanded sponsorship of the Texas Longhorns showcases Anheuser-Busch’s proud commitment and investment in the state of Texas. Longhorn Nation is one of the most passionate fanbases in the country and we’re thrilled to continue showing up for them on game day and beyond for years to come.”

NÜTRL will be prominently showcased in collaboration with the renowned Longhorns brand at retail, in stadiums and across social platforms, adding to Anheuser-Busch’s existing portfolio of assets that includes:
Bud Light Party Deck and Bud Light Back Forty Bar at Darrell K Royal-Texas
Memorial Stadium
On-site activation activations at the Allstate Red River Rivalry in Dallas
Flyaway trips, tickets and hospitality experiences
Signage and brand across football, basketball and baseball events

The two iconic brands announced an initial partnership in 2022, which made Anheuser-Busch the Official American and Craft Beer sponsor of The University of Texas Athletics, The University of Texas’ Alumni Association – the Texas Exes – and the Allstate Red River Rivalry.

The expanded agreement is managed by Longhorn Sports Properties, the Austin-based Learfield team that connects brands to Longhorn Nation.

As part of its partnership with the University of Texas at Austin, Bud Light unveiled limited-edition team cans earlier this year that are available now at participating retailers. The Longhorns are also spotlighted in Bud Light’s new creative content, “Vendor Voices”, featuring brand partner Shane Gillis.
Laurie Brown, Vice President, Brown Distributing, said: “Brown Distributing has been partnering with The University of Texas since our business was founded in 1962. We have always understood that UT is Austin and we value our partnership with Texas over the years and the friends we have made along the way. We could not be more excited to extend this partnership and we are thrilled about our future with the Texas Longhorns!”
Anheuser-Busch has called Texas home since 1966 and has made more than $2.3 billion in capital investments in Texas to date alongside its distributor partners. With almost 1,000 employees across four facilities in Texas, Anheuser-Busch remains dedicated to being a key economic driver in Texas and maintaining its position as the leader in the American brewing industry.
