This morning we bring you a returning “hopcake” from Almanac Beer in Alameda, CA. This is Tropical Hopcake and it will be a sour IPA aged in oak barrels with apricots, pineapple and guava. The beer is also dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic hops before being packaged in 375ml bottles. Look for Tropical Hopcake to hit 6.7%-AbV.
