AleSmith & Modern Times Collaborate On Cosmic Omnibus Cans

This morning I bring you a new collaboration can coming from AleSmith Brewing in San Diego, CA. The beer is called Cosmic Omnibus and it will be a collaboration with Modern Times Beer. Cosmic will be a hazy IPA that uses Citra, Enigma and Vic Secret hops as well as grapefruit and lemon peel zest. You’re looking at the 16oz can and the beer will hit 6.8%-AbV.  Stay tuned for release timing.

Introducing Our First Brewing Collaboration with Modern Times Brewing

With the climate of current events, we hope that you are all well, staying safe, and remaining healthy. We wanted to reach out to you and announce a bit of news to help bring a touch of levity and lighten the mood.

We are excited to announce the wholesale release of Cosmic Omnibus, our first brewing collaboration with our friends over at Modern Times Brewing. This hazy India pale ale brewed with citrus zest weighs in at 6.8% ABV. We’ve jammed this delicious hazy IPA full of massive amounts of Citra, Enigma, and Vic Secret hops with a finishing touch of grapefruit and lemon peel. The resulting aromas of bright pineapple, berries, and citrus will hit you like a wave of cosmic deliciousness. Your palates are in for one juicy journey with this release!
