NEW BEER #1: Angel’s Trumpet – Mango IPA

HUGE WEEK with 7 (count ’em 7) NEW BEERS! 1st up is the one you have been waiting for to make a return. ANGEL’S TRUMPET – Mango IPA is being released This Thursday on draft and 22-ounce Bombers.

As you may know, Adroit Theory does not (at least currently) make a lot of overly hopped beers. THIS is an exception! Over 3 pounds of hops per barrel including two rounds of dry hop in an IPA! Come taste it fresh!

A majestic flower or a deadly poison? Beauty, it has been said, is in the eye of the beholder. The mesmerizing amber glow and the captivatingly sweet and sour taste of mango in our Mango IPA will keep you guessing right up to the final sip. Caution: May cause euphoria and hallucinations.

Tasting Notes: Juicy mango paired with tropical NZ hops. Light bodied.

NEW BEER #2: Lime Peel & Black Pepper Porter

Lime peel and black peppercorns were added near the end of the boil and in the dryhop to bring out the contrast against the roasted grains in this Imperial Porter.

Tasting Notes: Roasted grains, fresh cracked pepper and bright lime peel.

NEW BEER #3: Two Headed Calf – Farmhouse Ale

Like many farmhouse ales, sometimes a bit of the wild gets into the beer. Brewed with our own cultivated Purcellville Yeast. This beer balances a light funk with the sweetness of clover honey.

Oh, and a sneak peek at our forthcoming 2nd Tap Room on the front side of our brewery.

Tasting Notes: Tropical fruit, grassy notes and hints of honey in a dry farmhouse beer with a hint of tartness.

NEW BEER #4: Basil, Lemon & Rye IPA

We dusted off an old rye and basil IPA recipe and decided to revamp it with new hops and the additional of lemon peel to add a nice citrus burst to the IPA.

Tasting Notes: Rye spice, meyer lemon and a hint of basil.

NEW BEER #5: Grapefruit IPA

A light bodied IPA using grapefruit peel, ruby red grapefruit puree added to the fermenter and double dry-hopped with Citra, Chinook and Falconer’s Flight.

Tasting Notes: Grapefruit, grapefruit…and a little hint of piney resin.
