In the hopes of having spring arrive just a little bit earlier to the snow covered expanses of America, the word of the day is Daffodils, or as they say in France, Jonquilles.
We sat down with Xavier Bailleux, owner of Brasserie Au Baron, located in Gussignies, France on the Belgian border. They are the brewers of the fantastic Bière de Garde Cuvée des Jonquilles.
So let’s all think positive warm thoughts. All together let’s think about daffodils… I mean jonquilles!
