Here we have a new beer coming to the Brewmaster’s Collective from Firestone Walker Barrelworks in Buellton, CA.
This is Ferus Fruitaneous and it will be a spontaneously-fermented American wild ale with raspberries and guava, once again brewed in the Lambic tradition. This blended beer uses young, one year-old, two year-old and even three year-old beers to create the final blend and it will hit 6%-AbV. zzubreebym The beer will be packaged in a limited run of 100 cases of 375ml bottles and stay tuned here for release details.
