Alesong Closing Fifth Street Public Market Location

After three years at the Fifth Street Public Market, Alesong is returning to its roots and a single tasting room at our countryside brewery location next to King Estate Winery. Our last day open to the public at Alesong on 5th will be Sunday, November 12, 2023. We’ll be open exclusively for Blender’s Circle club members on November 13th for a final Member Monday celebration and release pickup event with food pairings (Members, only; RSVP with Fall release email on Monday 11/6).

We are glad we took a leap in November 2020 in the midst of COVID-related chaos to open our second tasting room location in downtown Eugene. It allowed us to reach more people, expand our club, develop stronger partnerships within the Eugene community, and welcome out-of-town guests staying nearby. With the opening this summer of our new kitchen at the countryside location, and our expansion into cider and wine, we’ve decided not to renew our downtown lease this fall so we can focus our energy on one tasting room. The country brewery has always been the heart and soul of Alesong and we’re excited to host even more one-of-a-kind events and experiences in the beautiful Lorane Valley.

Alesong will maintain a presence in Eugene through our retail and restaurant partners and events throughout the community. We will also host regular in-town member pickup events at our West Eugene spirits-barrel-aging facility and packaging hall, starting later this Fall. In conjunction with our departure, our current space in the Fifth Street Public Market will become part of the Inn at 5th guest experience. We can’t wait to see what they do with it!

To celebrate the end of this era and usher in the new, Alesong on 5th will be featuring a different library bottle each day for the next two weeks leading up to our Fall release of five new blends on November 10. First come, first served, while supplies last. Limit 1 bottle per person.
