Today I have a new cider coming from Angry Orchard in Walden, NY.
This is The Extension and it will be created in “recognition of the Cornell University College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.” This “dry and wild” apple wine uses apples grown in Cornell CAL’s research orchards and it will slice in at 7.4%-AbV.
