Dogfish Head Fall Beers

Fall has officially arrived in the craft beer world, and Dogfish Head is once again bringing its unmistakably off-centered approach to the season. The Milton, Delaware brewery is celebrating autumn with a lineup that reaches well beyond the traditional pumpkin beer, combining longtime favorites with new seasonal creations, a fresh variety pack and an especially intriguing addition to its barrel-aged stout lineup.

At the center of the 2026 fall collection is Punkin Ale, the iconic seasonal that has helped define the brewery’s autumn identity for decades. This year’s 7% ABV brown ale returns with real pumpkin, brown sugar and baking spices, while the new “Pass the Aux” variety pack expands the fall lineup with Favorite Sweater IPA, Indian Brown Ale and Namaste.

But Dogfish Head isn’t stopping with seasonal beer. The brewery is also introducing Xocolatl World Wide Stout, a 15% ABV Imperial Stout loaded with cocoa, vanilla, cinnamon and chilis, along with Punkin Liqueur distilled from Punkin Ale and aged in used Dogfish Head rum barrels. Together, these releases demonstrate just how far Dogfish Head continues to push the boundaries of fall flavors.

Here’s a closer look at Dogfish Head’s 2026 autumn lineup and the beers and spirits bringing an off-centered twist to the season.

As Dogfish Head Fall Beers roll out in its 2026 fall lineup, here is the brewery’s complete announcement detailing the seasonal beers, variety pack and limited-edition spirits.

From autumnal beers to limited-edition spirits, brewery’s fall-flavored tipples add off-centered twist to classic seasonal offerings.

MILTON, Del., Sept. 10, 2026- With Labor Day Weekend in the rear-view, Dogfish Head celebrates the unofficial start of fall with the unveiling of its lineup of autumnal offerings. From long-time fan-favorites, like Punkin Ale, to new seasonal brews and limited-edition spirits, the brewery’s array of “boo”-zy beverages has something for everyone to enjoy. See Dogfish Head’s Fish Finder for product availability for Dogfish Head Fall Beers.

Dogfish Head Fall Beers # 1: PUNKIN ALE – A Beer Beloved Since 1994:

One of the craft beer industry’s first pumpkin beers, Punkin Ale (7.0% ABV) is Dogfish Head’s full-bodied Brown Ale brewed with real pumpkin meat, brown sugar and baking spices. Chock full of smooth hints of pumpkin and brown sugar, it is the perfect beer to warm up with as the weather cools. Part of Dogfish Head’s Season-ALES series, this year’s iteration of Punkin Ale features new artwork by Brooklyn-based artist, Dylan Goldberger.

Punkin Ale is available now from coast-to-coast on draft and in 6pk/12oz cans, as well as within Dogfish Head’s “Pass the Aux” seasonal variety pack.

Dogfish Head Fall Beers # 2: “PASS THE AUX” VARIETY PACK – A Music-Themed Mash-Up:

Built for cozy, fireside nights with friends, Dogfish Head’s “Pass the Aux” Variety Pack is a 12pk/12oz can assortment of four fall-flavored beers. In addition to Punkin Ale, it includes three cans of each of the following variety pack exclusive brews.

  • NEW! Favorite Sweater (6.5% ABV): An honest-to-goodness American India Pale Ale (IPA) billowing with hoppy notes of rustic pine and bright citrus wrapped in layers of bready Munich and toffee-rich caramel malts.
  • Indian Brown Ale (7.2% ABV): A cross between a Scotch Ale, an IPA and an American Brown Ale, this dry-hopped, Dark IPA is brewed with aromatic barley and organic brown sugar for malty, caramel-y flavors of coffee and dark bread crust.
  • Namaste (4.8% ABV): A Belgian-style White Ale brewed with dried orange slices, fresh-cut lemongrass, peppercorns and coriander for a zesty and slightly sweet beer bursting with good karma.

This 12pk/12oz can package is now available in select states from coast-to-coast.

Dogfish Head Fall Beers # 3: XOCOLATL WORLD WIDE STOUT – A New Iteration of a Long-Time Libation:

Offering a new, off-centered take on Dogfish Head’s iconic World Wide Stout, Xocolatl World Wide Stout (15% ABV) is a dark, rich and roasty Imperial Stout aged on roasted cocoa nibs, whole Madagascar vanilla beans, cinnamon verum quills, Cobanero chilis and black Urfa chilis. The result is a full-bodied sipper with notes of chocolate, vanilla and a complex blend of earthy, fruity and gently spicy chilis that is sure to warm the soul.

In states where legal, Xocolatl World Wide Stout will be available on draft and in 4pk/12oz bottles beginning in early October.

PUNKIN LIQUEUR – A Full-Proof Spirit Distilled from Punkin Ale:

Distilled from Dogfish Head’s Punkin Ale, Punkin Liqueur (30% ABV) is aged in used Dogfish Head rum barrels for sweet notes of oak and molasses. It is then finished with a flush of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, vanilla, dark brown sugar and a touch of sage. Perfect on its own, added to a classic cocktail recipe, or dropped in coffee, cider or hot chocolate for some extra seasonal goodness, Punkin Liqueur is available at Dogfish Head’s coastal Delaware locations, only while supplies last.
