Cape May Brewing Company in Cape May, New Jersey is preparing to release a new collaboration beer that pays tribute to one of America’s most historic seaside destinations. The upcoming release is called The Blue Pig Tavern American Pale Ale, brewed in honor of Congress Hall and its iconic Blue Pig Tavern, located in the heart of Cape May.

This American Pale Ale is designed to celebrate the legacy of America’s first seaside resort, blending Cape May Brewing’s coastal craft beer expertise with the rich history of Congress Hall. The beer will feature a balanced, hop‑forward profile and land at a sessionable 5% ABV, making it an easy‑drinking option for beachgoers, history buffs, and pale ale fans.

The Blue Pig Tavern APA will be packaged in 12‑oz cans, complete with artwork that reflects the charm and character of Cape May’s historic district. The collaboration aims to highlight the connection between local hospitality, craft beer culture, and the enduring appeal of Cape May as a destination.

Congress Hall has stood as a symbol of American seaside leisure since the early 1800s, and the Blue Pig Tavern has long been a favorite spot for locals and visitors.
