he game-changing energy drink line continues to break through and build momentum with athlete partnerships while growing production capabilities since launching

ST. LOUIS, Missouri – November 3, 2025 – Phorm Energy, the new energy drink line produced by Anheuser-Busch, with the backing of 1st Phorm and Dana White, is built for those who “do the work,” something that basketball standout Emanuel Sharp truly embodies. The brand is proud to announce that Sharp will be joining the Phorm Energy team with a new national Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) partnership that builds on the brand’s current roster of athletes embracing the grit, discipline and resilience that Phorm Energy stands for. Sharp will be producing custom content with Phorm Energy, making in-person appearances and supporting fan-forward sweepstake opportunities as part of the new deal.

Emanuel Sharp, Phorm Energy athlete, said: “I am pumped to join the Phorm Energy team and can’t wait to get to work with them. As an athlete, I am always pushing myself to the next level and striving for success, on and off the court. Phorm Energy represents so much of my mission and I’m excited for what we can do together. Being a student-athlete is a busy lifestyle so I’m happy to have Phorm Energy in my corner when I need a boost.”

The energy drink line is available in four bold flavors – Screamin’ Freedom, Grape Smash, Orange Fury, and Blue Blitz – each containing a unique blend of ingredients aimed to support mental focus and enhanced hydration, including natural caffeine derived from green tea extract. Phorm Energy is now available in over 13,000 convenience stores, including a recent partnership with 7-Eleven.

Thomas Russell, General Manager of Phorm Energy, said: “We are thrilled to add Emanuel Sharp to our Phorm Energy roster as he captures the spirit of the brand through his tenacity, dedication, and drive. We are looking forward to the epic content and experiences that Emanuel will be delivering for fans to enjoy.”

Key Partnership Highlights:
• Creative Content: Emanuel Sharp will share custom content on his social media account showcasing how Phorm Energy fits into his everyday life
• In-Person Experiences: There will be opportunities for fans in the Houston area to meet Emanuel Sharp at Phorm Energy experiences
• Fanfare: Through this new partnership, fans will have the chance to win autographed items through Phorm Energy sweepstakes

The brand has made other big sports marketing moves, including announcing a multi-year partnership with Hendrick Motorsports, teaming up with MMA star Michael Chandler and signing West and Whit Weeks to the brand’s first-ever NIL deal. Phorm Energy is also expanding production capabilities at its Los Angeles Brewery.

2025 Phorm Energy Cherry SLush

BOLD FLAVOR, BIGGER PURPOSE: NEW PHORM ENERGY LIMITED-EDITION CHERRY SLUSH FLAVOR SUPPORTS MILITARY FAMILIES NATIONWIDE

Exclusive Launch at 7-Eleven supports Folds of Honor with every can sold, comes on the heels of Phorm Energy becoming the #1 Best-Selling 7-Eleven Dollar Deals Energy Drink of All-Time

ST. LOUIS, MO – November 6, 2025 – Phorm Energy is redefining what an energy drink can stand for with the nationwide launch of Honor. Educate. Unite., a brand new limited-time-only cherry slush flavor available exclusively at 7-Eleven, Speedway and Stripes stores.

With this latest release, Phorm Energy proudly supports and honors those who serve our country and communities. Each can sold between 10/27/2025 to 2/1/2026 unlocks a donation ($0.33 per can, $3.98 per 12-pack for each Phorm Energy Honor. Educate. Unite.) to Folds of Honor, a nonprofit organization that provides families of fallen or disabled U.S. service members and first responders with academic scholarships.

Behind this bold new flavor are three veterans and business leaders who believe that serving those who serve is a lifelong mission. Brendan Whitworth, CEO of Anheuser-Busch, Joseph DePinto, CEO of 7-Eleven, and Lt Col Dan Rooney, Founder and CEO of Folds of Honor, came together to bring this partnership to life and ensure that the families of the heroes who gave the ultimate sacrifice are supported with each can sold.

Brendan Whitworth, CEO, Anheuser-Busch said, “We’re incredibly proud to expand our longstanding partnership with Folds of Honor to include Phorm Energy. This brand and our partners are united by a commitment to quality, innovation, and purpose – and through this bold new flavor, we’re empowering our loyal Phorm Energy consumers to give back to those who have given so much.”

Joseph DePinto, CEO, 7-Eleven said, “As a veteran I understand the values of commitment, resilience, and service—core qualities that our brave military members live by every day, and something that is also of utmost importance to our partners at Phorm Energy. Together, we are not only bringing an exclusive energy drink to our shelves at 7-Eleven, but we are honoring those who serve our country through donations to Folds of Honor.”

Produced by Anheuser-Busch with the backing of 1st Phorm and Dana White, Phorm Energy launched nationally in June 2025. The game-changing energy drink line has quickly expanded to more than 13,000 convenience stores nationwide, including 7-Eleven, Speedway and Stripes stores in August. Just last month, Phorm Energy became the #1 Best-Selling 7-Eleven Dollar Deals Energy Drink of All-Time. To support this rapid growth, Anheuser-Busch has invested an additional $1 million to expand production capabilities at its Los Angeles Brewery.

Lt Col Dan Rooney, Founder and CEO, Folds of Honor said: “Anheuser-Busch has been a steadfast partner to Folds of Honor for 15 years, and we’re proud to see that commitment extend through Phorm Energy. We are deeply grateful for this partnership and for every individual who chooses Phorm Energy as they help us honor the legacy of our heroes.”

Earlier this year, MMA star Michael Chandler joined the Phorm Energy team, embodying the discipline and authenticity that define the brand. Chandler is also a proud supporter of Folds of Honor, most recently stepping up at their celebrity softball game to help raise funds for military families.

Phorm Energy is also available in four original flavors – Screamin’ Freedom, Grape Smash, Orange Fury, and Blue Blitz – each containing a unique blend of ingredients aimed to support mental focus and enhanced hydration, including natural caffeine derived from green tea extract.
