Fall has officially arrived at Portland Cider Company, marked by the return of our most-requested seasonal: Pumpkin Spice Cider.

Made with Northwest apples and warm spices like cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and ginger, this limited-edition cider has become a fall ritual for cider lovers across the Pacific Northwest. The balanced, semi-dry cider pairs beautifully with autumn favorites from pork chops to cider donuts. 6% ABV.

This year, we’re mixing it up with a cocktail twist: the Pumpkin Spice Highball. Add Pumpkin Spice Cider to bourbon and ginger ale over ice for a crisp, warming autumn sipper. (Recipe card and photos are at this link.)

Pumpkin Spice Cider is available through October in 6-packs, 19.2-ounce Proper Pints, and on draft at Portland Cider’s Clackamas Taproom. Use our Cider Finder to track it down locally.

About Portland Cider:

Since 2013, Portland Cider Company has been combining the time-tested fermentation process of traditional ciders with the playful irreverence of Portland, Oregon, to create the best-tasting ciders our city has to offer. Portland is our home, and her bold, creative spirit inspires the innovation, discovery, and ultimately the production of unique and delicious ciders that feed the curiosity (and quell the thirst) of the people who love them.

At the same time, we’re committed to sourcing high-quality ingredients from local growers, and to avoiding artificial flavors, colors, and added sugars in our recipes. Our apples? They’re grown right here in the Pacific Northwest. Our fans? Many of them were grown here too! And while we continue to build our devoted fan base throughout Washington and Northern California, we’ll always celebrate Portland for the inspiration she sparks in us.

At Portland Cider Company, we offer you the cleanest, crispest, tastiest cider experience possible. We’re honored—and really, really excited—to share it with you on our mission to foster a community that expects more from the cider they drink.

Creativity
Creativity is at the heart of our brand and the soul of our customers. It’s what drives constant innovation in our ideas, our recipes, and our products, which, in turn, feed the curiosity (and quell the thirst) of the creative thinkers, makers, and doers who love them.

Quality
Quality is the result of hard work, solid partnerships, and honest intentions. It’s what we strive for in our products, and how we measure our success. It guides us as a principle, leads us as a priority, and challenges us as a standard.

Community
Community is the foundation on which we’ve built our brand. We’re proud to be a part of it through meaningful collaborations, to serve it through our products and pubs, and to support it through fundraisers and community involvement. Our community is our family, our team, and our inspiration.

Passion
We love our work, and it shows in our approach to everything we do. From making the best-quality cider in the PNW to creating a warm, welcoming community in our pubs, our passion is what fuels us.

Their ciders are known for being clean and flavorful, made with high-quality ingredients and inspired by the local culture.
