Did you miss out on sampling Goose Island Sofie, Matilda, Pere Jaques or Night Stalker…well it’s not too late. Good news from Goose Island:
Introducing the Goose Island Brewpub’s Vintage Program, a new chance to experience Sofie, Matilda, Pere Jacques and old favorites like Night Stalker and Christmas Ale.
Staff Cicerone Austin Harvey will be hosting a special Vintage Beer Academy, where guests can taste some of Goose’s finest brews and contrast them in their different vintages. Participants in the Beer Academy will also have a chance to taste some special surprises that rarely see the light of day!
This event will mark the beginning of these vintage selections being sold at the pub for on-premise and to-go sales. Full details here.
