Amara Amo (Bitter Love) is a beer from the Goose Island Clybourn "Chef Collaboration Series" with Amanda Rockman of Balena. The beer is a Belgian-Style Dubbel that takes inspiration from bitters. Using burnt orange, honey, and brandied cherries, Brewer Jared and Chef Amanda have created something truly unique for the Green City Market BBQ.
