Sierra Nevada Releasing Carolina Dreaming & The Headliner Specially Brews In Asheville, NC

ASHEVILLE — Sierra Nevada Brewing, which is building a big brewery in Henderson County, is planning a three-day rolling beer celebration in Asheville and Western North Carolina next week to officially release two small-batch beers made by local brewers at Sierra’s California plant.

The two beers – a red wheatwine (similar to a barleywine) called Carolina Dreaming’ and a black ale called The Headliner – were made in June, when a group of local brewers visited Sierra’s operation in Chico, Calif. for a session called Beer Camp.
