Bookkeeper Embezzles $10K From Yellowstone Valley Brewing Co

A woman who embezzled nearly $10,000 from Yellowstone Valley Brewing Co., where she worked as a bookkeeper, was sentenced Monday in Yellowstone County District Court.
Lindsey Leah Pickett, 30, was ordered to serve a three-year deferred sentence, pay a $250 fine and continue to pay restitution to her former employer for stealing $9,435.
Pickett paid about half of the restitution amount when she last appeared in court and pleaded guilty to a felony charge of theft by embezzlement. Judge G. Todd Baugh ordered she pay the balance of $4,415.
