Guinness have partnered up with the Disappearing Dining Club to produce a recipe for Guinness Ice Cream. Please enjoy responsibly. See below for the ingredients that you’ll need:
– 500ml Double cream
– 500ml Whole milk
– 1 Vanilla pod
– 4 Whole eggs
– 3 Egg yolks
– 500g Caster sugar
– 1.2litres GUINNESS West Indies Porter
– 2tbsp Golden syrup
