Here’s a peek at the 2015 packaging for new Holland Mad Hatter. This Midwest IPA uses Centennial, Citra and Michigan-grown Cascade hops and it is packaged in 12oz bottles. Mad Hatter now will come in at 7% ABV (instead of the former 5.25%) and 55 IBU.
