Here’s a new entry in the One Off [Banished] Series from Crux fermentation project. This is Wild Golden Sour Ale and it is a collaboration ale brewed with Crooked Stave. This beer was fermented in used Red wine barrels with a proprietary blend of wild yeast and bacteria. Look for Wild Sour Golden Ale to be packaged in 750ml bottles and it will come in at 10%-AbV and 12 IBU.
