This is Symmetric Orchestra from Modern Times Beer in San Diego, CA.  This “otherworldly sour” is fermented with over a dozen strains of Brettanomyces and then it is aged on oak. This Funky, Oaked Sour will be packaged in 750ml bottles and the beer comes in at 7%-AbV and 35 IBU,
