Our Harvest series highlights the unique flavors of different hops and hopping methods, and Neomexicanus is the literal wild card of the bunch. Harvest Wild Hop IPA showcases the Neomexicanus hop, a bizarre, multiheaded hop that’s native to the New Mexico wild. This hop offers melon, apricot, and citrus aromas and flavors in the beer.
