Short’s Brewing – Swirl Stout Coming This Week

Swirl Stout, a coveted and very limited stout offering from the good humans at SBC is about to hit store shelves. Maybe more appropriately stocked near the ice cream cooler, Swirl Stout is sure to leave you screaming for more.

Swirl Stout is a Milk Stout brewed with cacao nibs, vanilla, and milk sugar.  The aromas are bold and sharp, reminiscent of a decadent chocolate liqueur or Kahlua.  A satisfying blend of sweet creaminess and dark chocolate create the perfect balance. Roasted bitter flavors are noticeable, but it’s a lingering sweetness that ultimately dries the palate.

The flavors of this specialty release brew are so similar to the flavors of your favorite twisted ice cream cone, they’ll make you wonder why tipping this one back hasn’t led to a brainfreeze. If you see a horde of thirsty adults following our distributor’s trucks, don’t be alarmed. They’ve probably just forgotten that unlike your childhood ice cream truck, we won’t be selling this frosty treat on the corner of your street.
