CASSIDY 2016
Farmhouse Ale w/ Flowers, Aged in Sauternes Barrels
Cassidy is produced using a solera blending system, where each year contains a portion of all previous years. This technique means that the average age of the beer in a newly-released bottle of Cassidy gradually increases year after year—producing an evolving character that comes into its own more with each new release. 2016 Cassidy demonstrates this with a more refined balance than 2015. It’s a beautiful beer visually, featuring a burnt orange hue that’s inflected with a subtle pink from the addition of wildflowers during the brew. Cassidy’s aromas include citrus, chamomile, oak and rose, transitioning to flavors of white grape, vanilla, tea, and plum. A light, zippy body and tart acidity create a finish that is both refreshing and complex.

PEACH PUNCH (YOU IN THE EYE)
IPA w/ Peaches & Apricots
Brewed with James and Andy from Great Notion Brewing in Portland, Peach Punch is a reflection of both of our breweries’ unique approaches to brewing—and in particular our love of pungent hop character. We combined these influences to create a beautiful summer IPA, packed with peaches, apricots, and fruity hops. This copious fruit presence produces a hazy, peach-hued beer, topped with a fluffy white head. Peach Punch’s aromas live up to its name, bursting with peach, papaya, tangerine, and a touch of spruce on the back-end. Its flavor follows with prominent peach and tropical hop notes, alongside bright citrus and a hint of vanilla. Its luscious body is smooth and soft, giving way to a lingering peach pit finish.
