Here’s an interesting new bottle coming from Toobox Brewing in Vista, CA. This is Briar and it is a barrel-aged sour saison aged with blackberries. Briar is aged for 4-months in French oak white wine barrels and the beer uses 3 strains of brettanomyces as well as fresh local blackberries. Briar will hit 7.5%-AbV and this is the 16.9oz bottle.
