Troegs Releasing Scratch # 273 Pale Ale and #274 DIPA

Inspired by the winning beer from our 2016 “Metal Brewer” co-worker homebrew contest, this dry-hopped ale features a variety of aromatic hops to create a tropical fruit-forward beer. Kölsch yeast provides a hint of sweet orchard fruit and lends a crisp, clean finish. Draft and growler fills available now at the brewery.

Nicknamed “Double Blizzard,” Scratch #274 takes its inspiration from our Blizzard of Hops Winter IPA. Starting with the base recipe, we amplified our hop additions to produce an avalanche of sweet fruit, pine sap and citrus tang. Hazy with a rocky white crown, this is a winter wonderland in a glass. Draft and growler fills available now at the brewery.
