Upland Brewing & Cascade Collaborate On Pearpawsterous

This morning we get to see a new sour collaboration coming from Upland Sour Ales in Bloomington, IN. This is Pearpawsterous and it is a collaboration with Cascade Brewing in Portland, OR. This beer is part of the Wood Shop Collaboration Series and it is a barrel-aged fruited sour ale (based on Upland Basis) aged in oak barrels with pears and pawpaw fruit. This beer will be packaged in 500ml bottles and stay tuned for AbV and release info. The Cascade Brewing version is below (7.1%-AbV, 750ml bottle).
