This morning we bring you the upcoming Giant Steps Blend 1 from Perennial Artisan Ales in St. Louis, MO. This beer is a Belgian-style ale that is barrel-aged with apricots. This series is based on the blending of beers that are aged in two French oak red wine puncheons and this beer is a blend of a Red Wheat and Rye Saison ale aged for 7-months and a 17-month old French oak-fermented South City Wild Ale. Look for Blend 1 to hit 6.2%-AbV and this is the 750ml bottle.
