This morning we get our first peek at the 2020 packaging for a returning wild ale from Sierra Nevada in Chico, CA and Mills River, NC. This is 8th Year Release Brux and it will remain a collaboration with Russian River Brewing. This domesticated wild ale was brewed once in 2012 and it continues to ferment in the bottle with Brettanomyces bruxellensis. You’re looking at the 750ml bottle and the beer will hit 8.6%-AbV.
