Here’s a new big bottle coming from Crooked Stave in Denver, CO. This is Stay The Funk In and it will be a Méthode Traditionnelle Spontaneous Ale that uses double decoction turbid mash as well as 4 to 6-year-old aged whole cone hops. The beer will roll in at 6.3%-AbV & 12 IBU and it will be packaged in a limited run of 336 750ml bottles. Stay tuned for release info.
