What an adventure these past 13 years have been! As we look back on our time as a company, we are overwhelmingly thankful for the support we have received both from our hometown community of Corvallis, and throughout the Pacific Northwest—we truly would not be where we are without everyone, together. Our brewers have crafted an extraordinary beer to release for this special occasion, our anniversary Bière de Champagne, REVOLVE.
In addition to Revolve, we will be releasing Sticky Hands, Brewer’s Cut and The DAB Lab, Hop Hash in 16oz cans. Quite a celebration indeed!

As with all of our releases, pre-orders can be made through our online store, which is now open and will remain open until Friday at 9:00am. All three beers will then be available when the Tap Room and Pub open on Saturday morning at 11:30am

To revolve is to orbit in a curved path, never stopping or standing still. As we enter our 13th year of constant development, this Bière de Champagne was designed to showcase superb ingredients and advanced techniques. Featuring only Oregon-grown and malted Mecca Grade pilsner and pale malts, fermentation with select brettanomyces, and maturation in apple brandy barrels for over a year before bottling in the Méthode Traditionnelle. Bottles were riddled in a traditional rack, disgorged to remove the yeast, and finally corked and caged. Revolve symbolizes our desire to remain in constant motion, without forgetting where we come from.

Brewer’s Cut 2021 features hop varietals and lots that our brewers hand-selected throughout the pacific northwest—Mosaic, Centennial, Citra and Strata. Combining these hops with our base sticky hands recipe, produces an exhilarating ale that highlights our personal favorite ingredients from the region, brewed with innovative techniques, resulting in a truly unique hop experience!

Dripping with sticky CO2 hop extracts, Hop Hash features a heady blast of the dankest Citra hops and Simcoe lupulin powder—a cryogenic concentration of resin and oils from whole hop flowers. Together, this pungent hop addition produces an aromatic burst of resinous, piney, and citrusy hop character, complementing subtle grist notes of bread crust and oats.
