Wild Hare Distillery is a small-batch, locally owned and operated distillery located in Tempe, Arizona. It was founded by Wendy Tilton and Jim Matz in 2018 and specializes in premium spirits made with natural ingredients.
Spirits and offerings

Wild Hare produces two award-winning lines of spirits, WHD Spirits and DROVE Spirits. They also offer cocktails in their tasting room and “create-your-own-barrel” options.

WHD Spirits line
Whiskey: Includes WHD 90 Bourbon, Barrel Strength Bourbon, and two rye whiskey options.WHD Red Headed Hare: A high-rye blend of WHD 90 bourbon and barrel-strength straight rye whiskey, aged in patented Black-Swan barrels.

Gin: Uses botanicals, citrus peel, and juniper berries to create a desert-inspired spirit.
Vodka: The line also includes a small batch of naturally flavored vodkas.
DROVE Spirits line

These 100% Blue Weber Agave spirits are sourced from Jalisco and made in a pot still in Tempe. The varieties include:
Cristal: The base spirit.
La Vainilla: Vanilla-infused agave spirit.
La Canela: Cinnamon-infused agave spirit.
