Whiskey Thief Distilling Co., now officially also known as Three Boys Farm Distillery, is a Kentucky-based craft distillery famous for its unique, hands-on, single-barrel whiskey-tasting experience where visitors can “thieve” their own bottle straight from the cask. Located on a 127-acre farm, the distillery emphasizes a “grain-to-glass” process, using its own grown grains and offering uncut, unfiltered, barrel-strength bourbons and ryes. The experience is casual and social, set in a rustic farm atmosphere that often includes amenities like a cocktail bar, live music, and farm animals. They also have a satellite location in Louisville’s NuLu neighborhood.
