Here’s a new collaboration coming from Tocayo Brewing Co and chef Rick Bayless. This is Hominy White Ale and it is a traditional white ale brewed with hominy, sweet orange peel and coriander. This beer will hit 5.5%-AbV and it will be packaged in 12oz cans and bottles (below) at Two Brothers.
