Heller-LaBelle and Manning are opening Colony Meadery in the Bridgeworks Enterprise Center, a manufacturing incubator at 905 Harrison St. in Allentown.

They hope to be operational by August, with some of their meads available for sale there and at local restaurants and bars by September.
