Find this first on mybeerbuzz.com: Today we have a new collaboration beer coming from The Bruery in Placentia, CA. This is LXXV (75) and it will be a collaboration with NOLA Brewing in New Orleans, LA. The beer will be a puncheon-aged mixed culture ale brewed with lavender, spices Chardonnay grape juice and lemon zest. The beer is inspired by the French 75 cocktail and it will roll in at 8.2%-AbV.
