Stone – Xocoveza Charred Coming To Quingenti Millilitre Series

We brought you the news that the 2nd release in the Stone Quingenti Millilitre 2015 Series would be the Stone / Insurgente / Chris Banker Xocoveza Extra Anejo, and now we have your first look at release No 3 for 2015.  First brewed in 2014 as the winning entry in the Stone Homebrew Competition, this Chris Banker / Insurgente / Stone co-brew begins life as a milk stout brewed with coffee and spices to mimic Mexican hot chocolate.  This version is aged in charred Kentucky Bourbon barrels for 7 months and it will be bottled in July 2015 in the Quingenti Millilitre  500ml bottles (and kegs).  Look for Xocoveza Charred to come in at 11%-AbV and 31 IBU.
