We brought you the previous collaborations (here and here), and now we have another new collaboration coming from Side Project Brewing in Maplewood, MO and Bruery Terreux in Placentia, CA. This is Mousseux Alban and it will be a collaboration with Jeremy Grinkey at Bruery Terreux. The beer is a barrel-fermented Missouri saison that is refermented in a Missouri oak Foeder on California Viognier grapes (7%-AbV, 750ml bottles). Stay tuned for release details.
