This is Bookends Blend # 1 and it comes to us from Side Project Brewing in Maplewod, MO. The beer is a collaboration with St. Louis’ 4 Hands Brewing and it is their take on a wild blonde ale brewed with (and conditioned on) Mandarin, lime, Clementine juice and orange peel. The beer was aged for over a year before being packaged in 750ml bottles. Look for Bookends to hit 7%-AbV.
