Here’s a peek at a new barrel-aged beer coming from Shipyard Brewing. This is Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout and it will use Target, Challenger, East Kent Goldings hops as well as pale, crystal, roasted barley and chocolate malts. This beer will be packaged in 750ml bottles and come in at 11% ABV and 47 IBU.
