Here’s a new entry in the Saranac High Peaks Series of beers. This is Single Malt and it is a Bourbon barrel-aged Scotch ale that is a blend of an ale and a Bourbon barrel-aged ale. This beer will be packaged in 12oz bottles and it will come in at 10%-AbV and 32 IBU.
