Here’s an interesting co-brew pairing up Florida’s Saint Somewhere Brewing with Oklahoma’s Prairie Artisanal Ales. The beer is called Plus Tot L’etat and it is a Farmhouse style ale that uses persimmon and elder flowers. Plus Tot L’etat will be packaged in 750ml bottles at Saint Somewhere and come in at 6.5% ABV.
