I brought you the crop report from Rogue Farms and it looks like today is the day to start the Risk™ barley harvest. Rogue operates a micro-malting facility that they are using in their Chatoe Rogue beers, so it’s exciting to see the process begin. If you look carefully in the lower part of the picture, you can see the beginning of a great beer.
