Today I have a new blend coming from Brewery Ommegang Blenderie in Cooperstown, NY. This is Blend No 8 Bounty And Bravado 2020 and it will be a Belgian-style quadruple ale with blueberry and coffee that is aged in Bourbon barrels. This beer starts with a blueberry and coffee Three Philosophers variant and it is aged for 6-months in Bourbon barrels. The resulting blend will hit 12.2%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle.
